At Grayfox Swimming Pools we pride ourselves on being able to deliver a turnkey solution to all Swimming Pool Projects from concept to completion, be it outdoor pools, pools in extensions to properties, or pools in specifically designed pool halls (Residential and Commercial). As such we are quite unique and employ our own ‘in-house’ Architectural Technician/Project Manager with over 20 years experience in the Design and Build Sector, and obtain Planning Permission and Building Regulations Approval for the project.

Swimming pools and their surrounding buildings are extremely specialist items, and we design these elements with an inside track on how to correctly integrate and maximise the overall technical performance of the various elements, coupled with bespoke design to ensure that our clients get most out their space.

We have carried out many exciting Design and Build Projects based upon our specialist knowledge, and have recently won the SPATA Gold Award for one of our Design and Build Projects at this years Awards Dinner, the highest accolade for SPATA members (see Case Studies). We commonly undertake the Design element of the project ahead of being appointed for the actual construction phase, and we know that our clients see this as a fantastic way to ensure that the pool and hall are designed appropriately, whilst also allowing them an opportunity to gauge our level of expertise first hand, prior to committing to the actual build of the project.
